Well heads up you have to pay $50 to park here, after paying $2100 for 7 nights. We got locked outa our room 3 different times because the code kept changing, once I was on hold over 30 minutes while standing in the heat till we got in, the other times we just left and it was along time before we got a call to get back in. So aggravating!! We drove 7 hours to come here for a dance competition and my daughters costumes was in the room while the code wouldn’t work and we was almost late for dance. Not to mention they need to maintain these rooms.. there was a broken lamp, fan, light, leg to the chair, fussiest and the hot water heater is so small it runs out on the first person to shower, so unless you want to take cold showers all week I would not recommend this place. I’m not a complaining person but my gosh it was one thing after another here. And lord don’t go to the office and ask for any help because they had no idea, you just have to keep calling a number to folks that are not even around here for help. You need to have people on site that can help. Ohhh and one more thing, you get 1 trash bag no matter how long you stay, 1 roll of paper towels, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. I’ve never stayed anywhere that limits you on that so small. We travel ALOT and by far this is the worst service I’ve ever received. 2 outa 10 star. The only thing about this place i liked was the convenience location wise. The place has tons of potential but needs to be kept up.

Very nice and comfy

Picondo is very nice, comfortable and the location is great for the seawall. The only issue we had was the dryer did not work. The pool was close by and nice.
