Good enough for a good price

Good location. Generally a nice rental but could definitely stand some upgrades. The LR furniture was older and stained and the BR had an old shag carpet that didn’t feel good on bare feet. Kitchen and bath were great. Overall clean enough except a couple of things were missed (gunk in the kitchen sink and a remote that needed a good scrub).

Nice condo, property has 2 pools. Right across the street from the beach and next to Walmart. Very convenient.
