The place is an obvious hotbed for foreigners. No inherent issues, but hotel etiquette (shoes, screaming, blocking hallways) evaded many guests

Clean and comfortable

Couldn't see much of the beach from the room. Parking was weird but OK. You had to go behind the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable though.

The room doesn’t have the essentials like shampoo and conditioner we asked the stuff twice and were ignored had to go buy some, the breakfast is very limited to cereal and packed bread what they do have are plenty sings invited you to buy stuff from their mini market and of course no ocean view very disappointed for the price

We didn’t get the room we booked. The room looked clean, but the floor was sticky, out of soap, and there weren’t enough towels. A cockroach crawled on my son’s leg while eating breakfast, and traumatized him saying we would never stay at a hotel.

Wasn't impressed for the price. Couldn't see the beach as they claim but you can walk to it. Only thing i liked was the hot tub. Room not mopped . Tub drain wouldn't drain.

Your system was down. I still stayed there. I had to use a different provider. The Rooms A/C was leaking. It took 3 hours to even get a room. Then there were bugs in the room. No towels were in place. The ice machine didn't work on the first floor nor the second floor. I had to go to the third floor. It was completely the Hilton's fault due to your system being down. The card reader was declining my card. I called my bank and they never received a request from the hotel. This was one of the worst stays ever. Having worked in Engineering for the Hilton, I was shocked by the lack of maintenance

It's the little things!

The Hotel personnel were super nice and the Hotel was very clean. The only problem we had was no coffee pot in the room, but they did have good coffee at breakfast. Also there was no ice bucket or cups in the room. That was inconvenient.

Nice hotel with the beach just steps away

My sister and I stayed there for a weekend staycation. You can tell it's been renovated. For the cost, I think it was great. Right on the beach/Seawall. The offer a nice breakfast in the morning, bagels, muffins, yogurt, coffee, juice. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. I don't have any complaints.
