It's the little things!

The Hotel personnel were super nice and the Hotel was very clean. The only problem we had was no coffee pot in the room, but they did have good coffee at breakfast. Also there was no ice bucket or cups in the room. That was inconvenient.

Room was ok, no coffee pot in the room, door to the hall was hard to close, bath tub was hard to stand in was not flat had a bowl shape to it.

Nice hotel with the beach just steps away

My sister and I stayed there for a weekend staycation. You can tell it's been renovated. For the cost, I think it was great. Right on the beach/Seawall. The offer a nice breakfast in the morning, bagels, muffins, yogurt, coffee, juice. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. I don't have any complaints.

The property smelt like mold , the staff was very just get you in and out no words said not friendly at all . Our room was ok . The ac unit on the third floor leaked in to our room the 2 days we were there. The sheets had stains. The elevators barely worked and the one in the parking area didn’t work for over a day.

I have decided that I am going try out other hotels, this was worst than worst. Our room had a stench smell and the bed itself was dirty because it had someone's deodorant rapper in the bed sheets. I am not sure but we were watching television and the power completely went out three times. If my room was cleaned it usually would have conditioner in the bottle. I am ashamed and all I can do is shake my head. I will never stay at another spark hilton. a really bad experience. And just think I spent almost three hundred dollars for one night. what a rip off. wow. thanks but no thanks!!
