The bathroom needed better cleaning. Front desk needed to be helpful, and available. Requested first floor when room was book, front desk waited until after 3 pm to tell us first floor rooms still not ready, only when we ask what the delay!

Pros: Front desk clerk Vasha was awesome! Bedsheets were as soft as butter. Bed and pillows were super comfy. A/C nice and cold. Room very clean and spacious. TV remote very high tech. Cons: No dresser or drawers, only empty cubbies. 3 clothes hangers and 4 wall hooks. No plastic or glass drinking vessels or microwave in room but eventually located paper cups and microwave in Lobby.

We had to request an ice bucket and glasses. The floor had not been swept. Staff should speak better English. Soap dispenser in bathroom was out. For a Hilton branch of hotels things could jave been much better. For instance breakfast was not adequate unless your a child who eats ceral etc. We had to eat breakfast out.

The pool was not in service and I was not informed, which is why I booked this hotel, because it had an indoor pool, since during the short time I was a guest we couldn't go to the sea due to bad weather.
