This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is generally clean, but to make it truly excellent, the walls need painting, the furniture needs replacing, and the floor coverings need replacing. I have asthma, and the room was very dusty and smelled awful. The walls and the entire place were covered in mold. I had to leave the room a day early, and I don't plan on returning because of my health. I spent two days coughing and short of breath. I do not recommend anybody to select it.

Staff was courteous. The stairs going up and down to the individual floors was filthy needed cleaning. Our room needed maintenance, especially in the bathroom. We did have a nice view of the ocean.

The room was dirty, there were roaches in the baseboards, mildew in the shower, my wife stepped on a toenail that was NOT hers. The pictures that they have posted of this place online are NOT accurate. The only redeeming quality is the staff is friendly and the coffee was good. I would not recommend staying here, there are many many better options. Don’t be fooled by the online pictures

beds were great. But the pictures don't live up to reality. The hotel is not on the beach, its across from the sea wall. I walk with a walker so I was very disappointed. But the breakfast is great.
