Important Details for Your Stay
▸Construction Notice: A small, front-of-complex construction project may cause noise on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. All construction stops by 5 PM.
▸Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly! Please inform us of the type and weight of your dog(s) for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for up to two dogs, each weighing 35 pounds or less. Failure to pay the pet fee is a violation of our house rules and may result in a canceled reservation without a refund.
▸Parking: On-site covered and uncovered parking is available for a fee of $10.00 per car, per day, plus tax. The office does not accept cash. Parking fees are capped at $70.00 for stays up to 30 days. Trailers are permitted during special event weekends for the same rate as cars.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. This beach condo exceeded all our expectations! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the balcony.
