Front row, 1st floor condo facing the ocean and beach at The Dawn. We are steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping and pier. Wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean from the private patio or enjoy the two pools and hot tub. This is perfect for couples, friends, families and short or long stays.

Large bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet (a rollaway bed is also available if needed in bedroom or living room). Living room has a sofa bed as well as plenty of extra seating. Flat screen smart TV, along with games for downtime. Stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal. Full size washer and dryer, free WiFi. Two fantastic pools with BBQ area on site. Gated parking. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
