The rental is just a short walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days lounging in the sun or enjoying the heated pool, pickleball court, tennis courts, basketball court, and bocce ball court. When you`re ready to relax, the rental offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities you need. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to cook meals at your convenience.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.
Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.
