Ninth-floor Gulf-view studio for two with 416 square feet of efficient, comfortable space. The studio has a queen bed, a Gulf-facing balcony, and a kitchenette with an undercounter refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a tub & shower combination. Guests also enjoy Islander East’s direct beach access, heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, free parking, and on-site support.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.

Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.

No Parties or Events
Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.
