Unit 409 is a fourth-floor, 1,247-square-foot Gulf-view condo with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and space for up to six guests. Three queen beds, two balconies, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Islander East offers direct beach access, a heated pool, tennis and pickleball, free parking, and 24-hour front desk support.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.

Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.

No Parties or Events
Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.

In a quieter area of the beach. Nice and relaxing. Lots to do on the property. We enjoyed the pool and bocce ball. Very clean condo! Nicely decorated and equipped with all we needed. The people at the front desk were always so kind and helpful!

The room was clean and the property had all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. This unit has an excellent ocean view and any room on the property has easy access to a walkway/bridge to get to the beach.
