This spacious vacation rental is the perfect retreat. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for families, friends, and couples to come together and create unforgettable memories. Just a short walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days lounging in the sun or enjoying the heated pool, pickleball court, tennis courts, basketball court, and bocce ball court. When you`re ready to relax, the rental offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities you need.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.

Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.

No Parties or Events
Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.

Richard was very nice and helpful at the front desk for checking us in and explaining everything. He took the time to show us around and where everything was. Also, the lady who checked us out was very nice and the check out process was so easy. I'm sorry, I forgot her name. We also appreciated being able to pay a little extra for a later check out. We got to enjoy our last morning and not feel so rushed. The property is very peaceful and quiet. My only negative would be that you can't exactly enjoy listening to the ocean waves from the balcony due to how loud the AC unit is (but thank God for the AC), so kinda a catch 22. Even when we turned our AC off, we still heard other units. However, a small negative. The ocean is still literally right there, which is what we wanted and the waves sound better in person, on the private beach anyways. If I could give one recommendation, it would be to get the higher table and bar chairs for the balcony so you can see over the railing for an unobstructed view. I saw other units had it and thought it was a great idea. The property is beautiful, the private beach is AMAZING and exactly what we wanted. Property is still close enough to the Seawall if you want to go out and enjoy restaurants and Pleasure Pier. It was also just a short drive to take the ferry to visit Bolivar Peninsula. We will 100% be back! Thank you so much!
