111 Beachfront Heated Pool Gulf View Studio

Unit 111 is a first-floor, 416-square-foot Gulf-view studio with one semi-private balcony and room for up to four guests. The open layout includes a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an undercounter refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and both drip and K-Cup coffee makers. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Guests also enjoy direct beach access, a heated pool, tennis and pickleball, grills, and 24-hour front desk support.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.

Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.

No Parties or Events
Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.

Great Location

This is a perfect budget friendly getaway condo for couples. It has a great view and is located on the large and uncrowded East Beach that is close to town. Bonus: Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The only negatives I can think of are: 1) Bed is a little soft for my taste. 2) The air conditioner was a little noisy when turning on (it worked great) but I still slept like a baby.

Great view and room

Studio was enough space. Fantastic ocean view. I don't think being on a higher floor would improve the view. The size of the unit was accurately described and drpixted online. It is like a good sized hotel room. The kitchen is small and efficient. The refrigerator is counter height but adequate. Management was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. adequate. If there are
