When you`re ready to relax, the rental offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities you need.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.
Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.
Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.
No Parties or Events
Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.

Great view and room
Studio was enough space. Fantastic ocean view. I don't think being on a higher floor would improve the view. The size of the unit was accurately described and drpixted online. It is like a good sized hotel room. The kitchen is small and efficient. The refrigerator is counter height but adequate. Management was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. adequate. If there are
