From its 9th floor perch directly above the huge swimming pool and hot tub, you are captivated by pelicans and ships by day and by lights of the Pleasure Pier at night. This fully remodeled unit has a nicely equipped kitchen including a clothes washer/dryer and air fryer. The beautiful bathroom comes with a large walk-in shower with opposite spray heads. The living room features two large comfortable couches with pop up dining table opposite the television and eye-catching granite entertainment area equipped with swivel seating. The bedroom features two queen size beds with a second large screen TV and its own private full-size balcony.
