We are on a cross country adventure and need to relax in the evenings. We searched several sites to find a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub offered, only to find out on arrival that neither is usable. There are other hotels in the area with pools however, we could not be refunded for this room. Ads should be updated for construction and other inconveniences that diminish the quality of the stay. This is bait and switch.

Room was dirty . Urine on bottom of toilet hair all over the room . Bathroom tub drained extremely slow . Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance but it was listed no where till we went to check in and seen a sign on the desk
