Check in was smooth and the clerk was very pleasant and attentive however she mentioned area safety that made me worried throughout the night. Not the safest area in town, right by abandoned buildings and restaurants on famous RT66. The continental breakfast was a joke. Fermented and diluted OJ, old toast bread, no bagles, only few jogurts, one kind of jelly and limited butter. Batter for waffles had clumps in it, did not poured out smoothly. No PB, no cream cheese, no fruits. This was my 5th night on our road trip (different hotels) and compared to other this was the poorest selection. At least coffee was freshly made. Bed was comfy, shower nicely preasured but towels were dirty and had stench of moldy wet rag. Not sure those were washed after previous travellers.

My fiancé and I travel a lot for concerts and festivals, so usually we are just looking for a decent place to get some sleep and a shower before hitting the road again. We always book rooms that are $100 or less, and of course that means it's a gamble on what the hotel will actually be like compared to the pictures. Of all the cheap places we've stayed this was by far the best. The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and they were all extremely friendly. An added bonus was free breakfast in the morning before we hit the road! The waffle maker was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is in great condition. The room is very comfortable and modern, as well as super clean. I will definitely stay here again when I travel through Gallup.

The place was considerably nice compared to the place we stayed overnight before. It was a plus to be able to access the parent's room with the doors between. Only issue would be the limited continental breakfast, very, very simple; housekeeping did not check on us until I caught them in the hall to pick up the trash; had to go to front desk for fresh towels.

Stayed here just overnight while passing through and it was the perfect pit stop for some rest. Room was cheap and included breakfast, fridge, microwave and updated rooms/bathrooms. The staff was SOO friendly which made us more confident in our stay. We have had some unsettling situations when staying at random places along the highway on trips so i’m always a little bit nervous, but upon check in when the woman was so friendly and accommodating it really put me at ease. Upon checkout the young gentleman was also so nice and friendly and it just makes you feel comfortable that where you are staying is cared for. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing a pit stop location or place to get a restful sleep.
