Staff is great, friendly and informative. Room very basic, shampoo in shower was watered down a lot, breakfast room is more of a utility closet. No fruit. Just some bread and a waffle maker.

The room was not clean. Tv didn’t work and didn’t know that until ready for bed. When went to desk to report tv not working they said they will be fixed tomorrow, not compensating for anything. Bath room walks were gross with material on them. Room was very cold when we entered and heater was noisy so didn’t get much sleep at all. Only thing that worked was the fridge. Rating for this facility would be a 3 for the price we had to pay.

Hotel is located right by railroad tracks in a pretty sketch part of town. Rooms were very old & some outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was super minimal and almost needed an ice pick to break up the frozen-over ice. Extra charge for animals. BUT the staff was super friendly!

The carpets were terrible and the towels we had were the ones you stand on for the shower. It is very basic. Not a place I would stay again.

Great location. Charging extra for people staying at the hotel seems cheap, especially with cheap towels and no breakfast offered. However, the coffee provided was excellent!
