Disappointing…

Staff was nice and overall the main parts of the hotel were clean. The room was not very clean and the sheets were worn and stained. There was also stains on the comforter. They should have just replaced all the linens instead of putting those on the bed. I tried to get a refund and they denied even though I supply pictures. The showerhead was also broken, the shower drain was also broken and the soap was old and dry. Will not be staying here again unless I have to.
