The Nabbe – Lake Escape w/ Sauna, Jacuzzi & Boats

Summary:

Experience an exclusive lakeside getaway with sauna, jacuzzi, motorboat, firepit dinners, pizza nights and BBQ by the water. Step from the terrace to your private lake access and spend the day boating, swimming and relaxing by Lake Rånnavägssjön. The estate accommodates up to 12 guests with panoramic lake views, sunset evenings and everything prepared for a seamless stay.



The Space:

The Nabbe sleeps 12 in six bedrooms: two downstairs, an adjoining children’s room accessed through one of them, and three upstairs. There are two bathrooms. The dining table seats eight, with four more seats at the kitchen counter. Add the side table so all twelve can dine together at one long table. Enjoy the spacious kitchen, fireplace, lake-facing terrace with outdoor kitchen, and private sauna by Rånnavägssjön.



Guest Access:

The entire house and garden with sauna house and private access to the lake are your kingdom. The sandy beach is within easy walking distance. A total of 5 cars have space on the property.



The Neighborhood:

There are four other holiday homes belonging to very quiet Swedish owners in the immediate vicinity. Please drive slowly along the 300-metre forest driveway to the house and say hello, then you will always be greeted warmly :)

Less than a five-minute walk away, there is also a large public sandy beach with a jetty, bathing ladders and a sunbathing lawn.



Getting Around:

The nearby town of Ulricehamn (to the north) offers a lively atmosphere with good restaurants, cafés, and bars.



For fishing enthusiasts: the lake can be fished with a valid fishing permit, available at the local tourist information office or online via iFiske. From May to October, your stay includes access to two motorboats and one two-person canoe. Boats are not available from November to April. Life jackets are provided at the house and must be worn by everyone when using the motorboats or canoe.



For hikers, we have several maps available on-site, including regional topographic maps, local hiking maps, and local area maps.



For daily groceries, Gällstad is about 10 minutes away. If you’re interested in shopping, Gällstad also features a large outlet center. Ulricehamn is approximately 16 km away.



Other Things to Note:

Booking includes:

✔ Access to two motorboats and one two-person canoe from May to October

✔ Jacuzzi from May to October

✔ Bed linen and towels are provided for all booked guests. A linen fee of 130 SEK per guest per stay is automatically included in the booking total. No separate linen order is required.

✔ The electricity flat fee of 500 SEK per stay is included in the displayed booking total. There is no additional consumption-based electricity charge.

✔ No security deposit

✔ High-speed fiber internet (150 Mbit/s)



Optional extras:

• Early check-in: 500 SEK (subject to availability)

• Late checkout: 500 SEK (subject to availability)

• Winter jacuzzi from November to April: 2,000 SEK



Please note: Boats are not available from November to April. Life jackets are provided at the house and must be worn by everyone when using the motorboats or canoe.
