The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. There were plenty of lifts going up and down so never had to wait for one. The sauna was nice and heated up fast. It is a short taxi ride from the Kiruna airport to the Scandia Kiruna Hotel. Once there, I was delighted to find that it was a pleasant walk to a number of shops...groceries, clothing, personal care, etc. The facility, itself, is very clean. The staff is welcoming. Very nice stay!
