Two-story villa (first floor + first floor) in <br>Baia Verde, the most sought-after area due to its proximity to the stunning and renowned beach, the heart of Gallipoli’s nightlife. Each floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, private indoor parking, and air conditioning in the hallways. On the first floor, there is a huge outdoor area with a porch furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining, while the first floor features a furnished balcony. There is also an outdoor shower. Excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the beach, the beach clubs, and renowned nightspots.<br><br><br><br> ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of the stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up) <br><br> For groups of young people, a security deposit of 300 is required, to be paid in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the properties have been inspected and provided that the rules were followed during the stay.<br><br> A private shuttle service to and from airports and train stations is available for an additional fee.
