• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 70 per accommodation, per stay
• Service fee: EUR 5 per person, per night
• A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 40 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 30 for check-in between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
• Air conditioning is available for an additional fee
• Towels fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
