Deluxe apartment with ocean views on the third floor (no elevator), located in Rivabella, just a short walk from the beach, with private access to it. It features two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, and two bathrooms (one en suite).

The apartment features a furnished terrace for enjoying meals in pleasant company while taking in the ocean view, complete with a barbecue area and a sun deck with lounge chairs.

Amenities: washing machine and private parking.



The apartment is accessible only by stairs.

ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of the stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up)

For groups of young people (4 or more people), a security deposit of 200 is required, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the property has been inspected and provided the house rules have been followed.
