The apartment offers spacious living areas: 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a second separate bathroom.

The room layout is as follows:

1 master bedroom

1 bedroom with a double bed + a single bed

1 bedroom with 2 single beds

Amenities: Wi-Fi, A/C in the hallway, TV, and washing machine. Just a short walk from downtown and a few minutes’ drive to Baia Verde, home to the most famous nightclubs and beaches.



ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or rent them upon request at a cost of 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up)

For groups of young people (4 or more people), a security deposit of 200 is required, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the property has been inspected and provided the house rules have been followed.
