On the first floor, there are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with shower stalls and one with a bathtub. The apartment also features a reserved parking space on the -2 floor, a dishwasher, electric stove, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, and free Wi-Fi internet access.
Located in the upper part of Gallipoli, the refined and elegant Corso Italia residential complex overlooks one of the city's main and central streets, from which it takes its name, with an arcade featuring star-vaulted ceilings and columns made of Leccese stone and carparo.
