Vacation home nestled in the Tuscan countryside with a private pool

It’s situated on a slope, so each apartment is accessed as if it were on the first floor. ​

The house consists of two apartments that are not connected to each other. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a single sofa bed, and a kitchen.

As is often the case here in Tuscany, you enter directly into the living room, which is open to the kitchen.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and a traditional stone sink. And each apartment has its own outdoor area with a table, chairs, and a grill.

The covered terrace downstairs offers enough space for 10 people and features a beautiful view of the private pool (10×5 m), the garden, and the mountains in the distance.

​La Tenuta del Borghese is ideal for large families or families of friends vacationing together who still want a little privacy.

​The house is accessible from the small village of Campo in 1 minute on foot or by car via an unpaved road for the last 300 meters, which is slightly uphill.
