Welcome to Vista View - relax and unwind in this inviting & beautiful vacation home with panoramic views of the stunning scenery of The Galena Territory and direct views of the 11th fairway of Eagle Ridge's South Golf Course. This home is in a prime resort location, a 5-minute drive to the Galena Territory Owners Club, 7 miles to historic Downtown Galena, and many wedding & event venues such as Ashton Hill, Eagle Ridge, Oak Hill Farm, & more. This exceptional home accommodates up to 8 guests.

As you enter Vista View, you walk into an open and exceptionally appointed home. The main living room is the perfect space to connect with family and friends while playing games on the large coffee table and enjoying the solid stone floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen/dining/family room combo is the ideal spot for gathering while making meals and spending time with the people you care about.

The home boasts three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, each with a king-size bed; the lower-level bedroom also has a queen bed. This home sits on the 11th hole of the Eagle Ridge South Golf course with a hot tub overlooking the course -- perfect for stargazing at night or taking in the sweeping views of the Territory during the day. Fire up the Weber grill, pour yourself a drink, have a seat at the patio table or on the screen porch, and enjoy the views of the Galena Hillside and Golf Course. There's a fire-pit our back for your enjoyment. Inside the home, there are all the fixings to make Smores while you enjoy the fire in the darkness of the Galena sky. The highly-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make quick meals or holiday feasts.

This home is dog-friendly (Hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs will only be accepted); a non-refundable dog fee of $150 applies to any booking with a dog up to 2 max. In your booking request, please indicate the dog breed/type.

The Galena Territory is a Certified Dark Sky Community --- this means no street lights to pollute the night sky. Bring your telescope or your favorite Stargazer app to explore the night sky.

This house can comfortably accommodate three (3) cars in the driveway with a max of four (4).

Vista View offers access to the Owner's Club amenities; 6 access cards are provided for use of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, Lake Galena, and the Marina. If necessary, additional guest passes may be purchased at the Owners Club ($5 per day for anyone over 5 years of age)

We highly encourage purchasing Travel Insurance as we do not have a COVID or Weather Cancellation Policy; available after booking.

**All COVID-19 related restrictions have been lifted for the Galena Territory Owners Club including capacity limits and reservations for most amenities. There are a few amenities that do still require reservations - lap swimming at the indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and outdoor basketball courts. This is subject to change if the State of Illinois re-institutes restrictions related to the pandemic. Reservations cannot be guaranteed, and there are no discounts or refunds if the Owner's Club amenities are not available. **
