The Green on Southridge is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home in The Galena Territory sleeping up to 10 guests — perfect for up to 4 couples or multiple families with children. Pour your morning coffee on the back deck or screened porch and watch the first groups come up the 6th fairway of Eagle Ridge's North Course. Pour an evening cocktail and watch twilight play roll past the green until 6 or 7 PM in the summer.



THE HOME

• Bedroom 2 (main level): King bed, ensuite bath (also accessible from main living area)

• Bedroom 3 (lower level): Two queen beds, ensuite with walk-in shower

• Bedroom 4 (lower level): King bed, full bath directly adjacent (also accessible from the lower-level family room)

• Three floors of privacy — the layout works well for mixed groups (couples with kids, multi-generational, friend groups with different sleep schedules)

DOG POLICY



The Green on Southridge welcomes up to 2 dogs. A $150/stay fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained. Guests are 100% responsible for the actions of their dogs including any damage caused to the property, and must pick up after their dogs. The $150 fee covers the stay but does not cover damages. Unauthorized or undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee.



HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

• Early check-in / late check-out may be available upon request — ask before arrival if needed

• No smoking or vaping indoors or within 15 feet of windows and doors

• Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM (outdoor enjoyment welcome, just considerate of full-time neighbors)

• No events or parties

• Max occupancy: 10

• Minimum age of primary renter: 25

• Rental agreement e-signature + photo ID required within 48 hours of booking

• Free on-site parking

• Cancellation policy: 100% refund (less $100 fee) if canceled 45+ days before arrival; 50% refund (less $100 fee) if canceled 30–44 days before arrival; no refund within 30 days.
