Elevator was out of service the whole stay. A/C unit super loud. Required to fill out additional Terms and Conditions Waiver and Release of Liability, which was an invasion of privacy. Additionally, adminitration is uncooperative and not customer friendly.

The people were very nice and accommodating. The room was…strange. The bedframe was much larger than the bed, the drawers on the nightstand were Screwed shut (right through the front), and the place was run down generally-chipped paint, old fixtures, furniture worn and a bit beat up). No side chair, just bed and desk. Sheets were very rough. A/C worked surprisingly well with was the upside. Room smelled of smoke even though it was listed as non-smoking. Now, it was only $129 per night so…it was fine.

Clean. Quiet. Secluded location. Allows dogs for a fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that they lock the front doors at night so you have to use the fire exit if you want to leave early in the morning or let your dog out to go to relieve themselves. No staff there before 7am. Also the bed was VERY HARD. My husband liked it but a bit hard for my liking. It's an older property but has been nicely renovated inside. We stayed in the regular hotel not the bio-healing side. There's a naturopathic "medical" side that they have. Can't comment on that. No major issues for us. Would stay again if needed.
