For families, a baby cot, children's games, and books are available.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden surrounded by olive and fruit trees, a private covered terrace, and an outdoor kitchen, ideal for dinners and relaxing moments. The shared pool measures 6x3 meters, with a depth of 140 cm, and is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers for pleasant moments by the pool. There is also an outdoor solar shower.



The property offers 6 parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles, available for an extra fee. Events are not allowed.
