Receptionist was very friendly. The room was very quiet, dark and cool. The location is great, we walked to campus in 10-15 minutes. We saw no bugs and would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable beds, but room could use a good cleaning and furniture other than beds need updating. We were in a room with adjoining room and person in other room second night was VERY LOUD. Screaming for periods of up to 20 minutes to someone on the phone (assume as we could hear only one side) One screaming bout was in the middle of the night. TV loud. First night could hear baby crying and TV. Need more soundproofing.

Perfect location for Gators Game.

We were very happy with our stay. The purpose of our trip was to attend the Gators game with our kids. The stadium was walking distance from our hotel and we also had dinner at Indian Aroma which is right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh clean towels. The lady allowed us early check in too so that was a plus. Only disappointment was breakfast. It was just a few wrapped sugary pastries. Coffee was also not good. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay and we will be back with our own breakfast supplies next time.

Mini fridge in room didn’t work. Property outside seemed unsafe and several parts of building were leaking. Our door entry card kept not working so had to repeatedly walk to front desk in the dark to have them reset room card key. Bedding was old and out dated. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here no matter the circumstances.
