The staff was excellent, especially Marcel. He welcomed us after a long drive and was so positive and helpful. He checked us in quickly and was so sweet. Also, the staff during breakfast and the happy hour on Monday were fantastic. All very nice and very helpful. An added plus was the guest laundry service! What a great amenity!

We love this hotel, its always clean, the rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast is great. with a variety of foods. This is definitely our go to spot when visiting my daughter in Gainesville .

Not a luxury hotel but upscale at a reasonable price. Lots of shopping and dining options within a mile. Close to UF. Pool and hot tub area are very nice if you have time to relax.

Staff and other guests were extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff at the desk met our every need. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool.The pool area was both especially beautiful and extremely well kept. The next time we visit Gainesville we plan to stay longer and enjoy all of the amenities.

Rooms were lovely, service was meh. Pantry was closed and asked where to get water. They directed me to the gym which had an empty water cooler. When I went back to the front desk, there was no one there for awhile while I waited.
