The manager here is rude and completely unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her. If you mention anything about the room — like a broken phone — or complain because the fire alarm goes off (after the front-staff accidentally started a fire in the microwave out of negligence), she’ll start yelling, threaten to call the police, and tell you to get the **** out. I was absolutely shocked. I’ve stayed here many times and have never encountered a manager like this at any other hotel.

The hotel room was spotless and had no type of funky scent and not an ounce of dust! I stayed with my two adult children and it was so roomie. The hallway is beautiful and simple with a very nice carpet. The housekeeping staff is very cordial.. The lobby is welcoming and spotless. Plenty of parking!

The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made our stay comfortable. However, the lighting could definitely be improved, the room felt a bit dim. Breakfast was decent, but the service was just okay. They start packing up around 9:00–9:15 even though breakfast is supposed to go until 9:30, which isn’t fair to guests who come down closer to that time. The coffee was also only lukewarm. Lastly, it would be great if the washroom had an exhaust fan for better ventilation.
