We enjoyed our stay in Gainesville. The house did not come without its issues. But everything that was brought to the host’s attention was handled as promptly as possible. When we thought our wedding venue had canceled due to weather, our gracious host agreed to let us do the ceremony in the gazebo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this host again.

Peaceful and quiet place

Good house to stay for a couple days, we had a good time at this place, away from the noice of traffic and city, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful noise of the birds and the rain!!

Gainsville stay

There was nothing there had to buy toilet paper, dish soup, no cleaning supplies, no extra towels so had to buy laundry soup to do towels life one for each person for 7 days place was nice but come with nothing then code people showed up to let us know that it was not zoned for short term rental and not up to code it was not accommodating for house hold things but nice location

Noisy! Noisy! Noisy!

Multi-plex property that lacks sound proofing when other unit is occupied. Can hear conversations clearly and smells come through the unit connecting door. Connecting door barely closes and has a gap that allows for light and sounds to be clearly heard. If you are looking for peace and quiet this may not be a suitable place to stay.

Great Family Holiday Trip

Nice, quiet and relaxing family trip. This home was very accommodating and pleasant. Each room was in the exact shape described. This home provided the best holiday experience for my family and I. I definitely would recommend this listing for future stays.
