I'm sure the room was good, but the wrong dates were entered so i'm out my money. I called hotels.com they told me. It was up to the property to refund my money. Or when I called that it was up to hotels.com to refund the money. All this back-and-forth.I won't book through this site again. Now booking Com. Will not post my comment. Have some transparency
