Welcome to Mabelle Estates, a 14-acre Victorian estate tucked deep in the woods at the end of a 1-mile unpaved road through the woods and across a bridge rated for 80,000 lbs. It feels like the middle of the countryside, yet you're 7 minutes from Gainesville Regional Airport and minutes from downtown, UF, and Shands Hospital.

THE HOME
This 4,215 sq ft home is officially a 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath property. The four upstairs bedrooms are furnished as traditional bedrooms, and the two extra-large main-level bedrooms have been converted into living and gathering spaces with extra sleeping. There's room to spread out, and room to come back together. Originally built in 1977 and recently remodeled, this home has unforgettable historic charm, with antique imported chandeliers, stained glass, multiple fireplaces, and hand-refinished cabinetry with granite countertops.

BRING YOUR HORSES AND YOUR DOGS
We're horse-friendly through and through. You can bring up to 2 horses and use our 8-stall Morton barn, paddocks, and lush pasture. It's an easy base for local shows, clinics, and trail riding, and it's close to the UF Large Animal Hospital. Well-behaved dogs are welcome too. There is an additional fee for dogs and horses. Please let us know so we can prepare.

GOOD TO KNOW
- The estate sits at the end of a 1-mile unpaved road through the woods, which crosses a bridge rated for 80,000 lbs. The road is shared with 4 neighbors, so please drive slowly. Standard cars, trucks, and horse trailers all make the drive fine. Just take it slow, and know you aren't lost when you're going through the woods!
- Keeping 14 acres looking their best takes regular care. Our pool service visits weekly, and our groundskeeper may be on the grounds or in the barn as needed. Visits are scheduled to keep disruption low. The main house is never entered by staff, so the entire interior is yours alone during your stay.
