Unexpected

There was dust everywhere, dead bugs throughout the house, a locked door to a bedroom that a key would not open. A mirror in the main that was filthy, flooring breaking apart and coming up. There was also garbage and debris left out front and on the patio. It was listed as a 9 person stay. After payment it was listed as 7. We only had 5 folks staying and still my grandson had to sleep on the couch. However, the kitchen they say was nice except for the flooring. In addition…..the owner was nice.

Good Location but needs a lot of work

This is located on Lake Lanier, but the water is VERY low at this property so my pontoon was almost hitting bottom to get to the dock. The Beds in each bedroom are ok, but very basic... No Water Glasses in Kitchen only a few coffee cup... ? The yard is very poor & dangerous to walk down to the dock. We had to be VERY careful & not maintained at all for this pricing. Dead bug right at the front door was not welcoming... We only rented it for 1 night & still had fun, but this is VERY overpriced & not my favor based on the Yard, Beds & overall experience.
