I had requested lowest floor possible as my wife was having trouble walking and is scared of elevators. When I notices we had been given a room on the 4th floor (highest possible) I asked the clerk for a lower floor room. She said there were none--and them proceded to assign the next two couples to lower floors even before we left the lobby. Once in the room, the Wifi was not working. I went down to the desk and spoke with the Manager who said it had not been working since the day before. When asked when it would be fixed he said they were not going to call in the repair person until the next day. I could not believe that a few bucks to call in someone to fix the wifi was more important that client service for two days. After my complaint, the wifi was fixed later that day but should not have to complain to get an advertised service repaire in less than 48 hours.
