Best staff ever! I thought that both Elma & Larissa did a great job with assisting at check-in. Also, Alise was very helpful with questions during my stay. I love that this was a very bright, airy, and clean property, almost seemed new. I didn't get to try breakfast, but i'm sure it would have been good as well. Thanks again for the great accommodations!!

The beds were hard. The first day the room was somewhat clean, but the second day housekeeping didn't clean it at all. Hair was still on the floor, the bathtub had the soap suds from the night before and the bedspread wasn't changed from the night before because the spot from spilling food on it was still there. The key card wasn't working because they scheduled us for only one day when we paid for the entire weekend-so we had to wait to get a new card. There was always only one person at the front desk, so you had to wait for awhile if there was a line. The room was quite dim-so it was difficult to do makeup or your hair in front of the mirror because of dim lighting.

Very clean room and the bed was very comfy! Shower wasn’t super great because of the shower head being for an accessible room but we adapted. Surrounding area was very nice as well. We were very pleased!

This is a great property for those either traveling for business or visiting Braselton. The hotel is very very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly. Please see Joe the cook when you’re there. He makes the BEST breakfast and adds amazing positive energy to your day! Thanks Joe and staff!

Just beyond perfect.

I have stayed at several Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons, Westins, etc. etc. and this is my favorite hotel by far. Service is always wonderful, the rooms are beyond spotless, and the staff goes out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I work in motorsport and come up to Braselton often and always stay here when it's available.

This property has a wonderful staff. The breakfast guy goes around making sure everyone is satisfied. The rooms are super clean, and I got there when they had just finished the A/C cleaning. There is only one thing that avoids this property to the excellent. The pressure of the water on the shower is not strong as I wish. All the rest makes the stay a great experience.

I had requested lowest floor possible as my wife was having trouble walking and is scared of elevators. When I notices we had been given a room on the 4th floor (highest possible) I asked the clerk for a lower floor room. She said there were none--and them proceded to assign the next two couples to lower floors even before we left the lobby. Once in the room, the Wifi was not working. I went down to the desk and spoke with the Manager who said it had not been working since the day before. When asked when it would be fixed he said they were not going to call in the repair person until the next day. I could not believe that a few bucks to call in someone to fix the wifi was more important that client service for two days. After my complaint, the wifi was fixed later that day but should not have to complain to get an advertised service repaire in less than 48 hours.

The room was small and dark. We stayed on 4th floor and couldn’t see parking lot because of bad design on outside building. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff very nice and friendly. Not worth the price room looked very cheap.
