High price for average conditions. Room could be cleaner, would be nice to have less noise from other rooms. Staff seems to try but not well trained or knowledgeable about the company they work for. For example, billing questions could not be answered properly. And for the same reason cleaning of rooms is not expertly done, breakfast food is poorly prepared with lumpy oatmeal, gooey biscuits, rubbery bacon, etc. At best everything offered was mediocre, but offered in a context where the customer has no other options and is supposed to act as though everything is just fine as long as it is not downright awful.

Yes, only when i arrived woman on front desk, told me pool wad heated. It wasm't the pool was freezing. Fan in bath room didn't work. Breaskfast was great. Maid service was friendly and nice. Front Desk emplyees weren"t as friendly except one that worked the second day shift.
