We offer 2 paddle boards and 2 canoes. A dock ladder also comes in handy to help you get in and out of the water as you wish. The dock is always in deep water, making this house a lakefront home at all times and in all seasons. Easy walk to the dock!

Bring your boat or rent one from the Gainesville Marina just a minute away across the water. Besides, the Marina's Skogies Lakefront Restaurant has never been closer to you. And for a little change of scenery and ambiance, take a quick boat ride to Port Royale Marina's Pelican Pete's Tiki Bar & Grill and arrive in style for lunch or dinner.

The property is amazing! The dock is a double decker and it is nice to sit and have coffee in the morning or to watch the stars at night. The whole house is perfect! The only thing we didn’t like but it was doable was the steep driveway. My husband always drove which means he got it figured out. Definitely a slow entry and exit. Hope to come back and visit soon!!! Thank you so much!!!

Lanier stay

The house was great. It had everything we needed. Walk to the dock was not too steep. The only thing I would note is that if you come with a boat, be prepared for constant wakes at the dock. This is on the main channel and at times it is pretty rough. Other than that, it was great house. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

Had a good time, paddles for kayak and paddleboards could use updating. One was broken and there wasn't an actual two blade kayak paddle. Marina across the lake from home no longer rents boats but paradise pointe wasn't too far away. Most of the dishes were not microwave safe so reheating food was a little inconvenient

Perfect Fall Getaway

We enjoyed our visit to Lake Lanier and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room to spread out between each of the 3 levels and outside on the deck and dock.

Family gathering

We love this house! Family friendly and charming but not fancy....was laid out so conveniently for 3 families...3 floors. We enjoyed having our boat at the dock. The driveway is steep. Wonderful experience . Everyone said it is their favorite house and we have been renting for over 20 years .
