Super cute boutique, hotel, walking distance to UF campus. Morning, coffee amazing! The best coffee I had my entire visit in Gainesville. Extremely comfortable bed and quiet location, yet close to everything. I will stay here again.

Great little hotel in the heart of Gainesville, newly renovated! My wife and I stopped in cause we were passing through, we enjoyed walking to some great restaurants at night and enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Good place for a quick stay! I love how they took an old motel and made it new again with tons of character.

The hotel was great! I did feel the skimped out on replacing the A/C. Although they worked fine they did not match the new feeling of the rest of the hotel. The lounge/bar is fantastic! Great coffee great drink and chill vibe.

Pros: location, price, vibe. Cons: loud outside the room door, old A/C unit had a mind of its own, wasn’t unclean but looked like they rushed through it and missed a bunch of things.
