There was an emergent need. For my family to return home due to my brother’s illness and they had to leave a day early the hotel was unwilling in this rare circumstance to refund the 1 day that they did not stay but looking at their property and the lack of care explained why they couldn’t refund 1 day. I booked these rooms because my family came to be with me on my 1st Thanksgiving as a new GA resident, the pictures on the website were obviously old and had I known that I would’ve booked another hotel!

The elevators weren’t working and couldn’t be called to the second floor. The toilet was loose and not properly fixed to the floor. During my two-night stay, there was no maid service after the first night, so the bed wasn’t made and dirty towels stayed in the bathroom. The ice machine was out of order, and the American flag outside was in awful shape—faded, tattered, and torn—clearly needing replacement long ago.
