Hotel was pretty good. Restaurant was decent. I left to go visit my mother in the hospital whick was the reason i was staying in the hotel and when i came back my door was left unlocked and open by housekeeper. Lucky none of my belonging were stolen. I was given a $20 voucher for the Restaurant. Not sure if that was a good remedy or not.

The girl at the front desk was lovely, however after a great day of football and family, when we checked in at 10:00 and went up to our room it was not ready. One bed made, other bed not, dirty linens in the chair. 30 min later got back into the room. Got in bed to find the bed soaking wet. Nice enough hotel facilities, but a hideous experience.

I’d stay here again once the renovations are complete. It’s definitely the Hilton standard as far as cleanliness, amenities, location, and overall experience + the staff was 10 out of 10. However they didn’t have internet during my stay due to the renovations which defeated it being accommodating for me as a business traveler. I was supposed to stay the entire week but had to check out after 3 days and getting behind on my work obligations. The food & drinks were also TEN of TEN, all stars to Christie at the bar, who was a sweetheart & the two ladies who assisted me at the front desk.

My rug from my room was disgustingly dirty that it felt sticky . The front desk clerk tried to switch the room but that room had the same issue. I have a 1 year old baby that couldn't walk or crawl around comfortably because of the dirty rug we had to ask the housekeeper for extra bed sheets to cover the floors entirely. Honestly would never stay at this property ever again.

The bed and mattress felt brand new. Clean white cotton bedding with down pillows. Under the bathroom counter was in need of cleaning. There was no blow dryer but Brittany at the front desk got me one. Friendly and welcoming. Was just there one night on our way through.

Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. In the morning they gave us a different room. Which was fine. We stepped out to eat breakfast and when we returned are door lock did not open. Maintenance could not open the door they had to “jimmy the door” (like breaking into a car) to open the door. Scary part we saw the whole thing and ita bery easy for them to open those lo ka which is not safe for women alone in hotel rooms. This issue was a eye opener for me and safety measures to be taken when renting hotels.
