I was very pleased with this place. If I had to single out one thing, it would be that the coffee maker in our room did not work. However, for me it was not a problem because delicious coffee was available in the lobby. The pillows and bed/bedding was outstanding! I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were not ready at check-in but they were able to move us to different rooms on a higher floor. The hallways were loud late at night. The elevator wasn’t working well and then ended up out of order at the end of our stay.

Upon arrival at 10:15 pm no one at desk to let us in and no one answered the phone. Side parking lot doors not working with room key. Note posted on door. Room very dated although bed was not too bad. AC rattled. In the morning, both days, no regular coffee available in lobby. This hotel is not up to Hilton hotel standards of other hotels we have stayed at over many years. Not satisfied with this stay/hotel.
