My stay was great. The hotel was clean, the room was ready early for check-in, and I loved that checkout wasn’t until 12pm. The fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. Free breakfast was convenient and everything I needed was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was booked for four people. There was only three bath towels in the room. We all needed to shower after traveling all day. Went to the front desk to ask for an additional towel and was told they had no access to additional towels (it was around 1130 at night). After going back and forth with the gentleman at the front counter, his coworker told him to "go check the dryer", after which he retured with an additional towel. Next day after returning to the room, housekeeping had come to make up the room...they took all dirty towels and only left three clean towels, when again, the reservation was made for four people. Indoor pool was small, but great for the kids to enjoy in November. Breakfast and staff at the breakfast area were all great and attentive.

Accommodating staff but the hotel is old and it shows in the room. Mold, stains, rust, slow draining sink, toilet barely flush, bedding has stuff stuck to it. Breakfast was good tho. For the price we paid for 1 night it was not worth it but because hotel were sold out in the area we were stuck with what we has.

The room was filthy. The bed had what looked to be vomit or feces on the mattress cover only covered up by a sheet. When I asked the staff at the counter to bring clean sheets the lady was very helpful and brought clean linens. We decided to flip the mattress with her help. When we flipped the mattress there was a used condom stuck to the mattress. I was disgusted and we decided to leave and not stay our full stay. We are very disappointed. There was not an additional room to be moved to.

I will start by saying the staff was really nice and as helpful as they could be. The breakfast was great. However when I was booking this hotel, the website said recently renovated, but it was just starting to be renovated. There were materials and drywall and paint all over the floors as soon as you walk in and wasn’t cleaned up the 3 days we were there. The fire alarm was set off accidentally by the renovators which woke up and forced everyone to evacuate into the cold early morning. Housekeeping made our beds, but didn’t replace dirty towels that were on the floor or clean anything else for that matter. There was a creepy hole in our ceiling, no USC charging capabilities, and the worst part was the sound of the highway right outside the window. It made it really difficult to get some rest with cars and trucks driving by all hours of the night. The shower curtains were really gross and old. didn’t keep water in, and the floors were dingy and gross looking in the bathroom. The phone didn’t work at all in the room, there was no way to call the front desk or call for help in an emergency. There were complimentary cookies, tea and coffee in the lobby which we enjoyed. Overall it was ok, but not as advertised in the photos at all.
