We chose this hotel because it was close to family that we were visiting. It was clean and the breakfast was good. Front desk staffing during the day was limited and it took about 10 minutes to find the person working the desk (for check in on day 1 and for dealing with a room key issue on day 2). The staff was friendly and professional, once they got to the desk. My suggestion is that management staff the desk at all hours and not have them also do other non-desk duties.
