Staff greeting was so sweet. Sorry I didn’t get her name. She was working Saturday afternoon (black). Our room was super clean. Even cleaned our bathroom the next day and we did not expect that.

The staff was friendly and welcoming at checkin. Hotel was excellent in every way. Best I've stayed at. The breakfast was excellent and the woman who maintained the food and the cleanliness of the area was right on top of it. The experience started off poorly when we waited 10 min at the front desk for an employee to appear to check us in. As soon as we entered our room, our shoes made the sound as if the floors were sticky. The insulation in the walls was horrendous as we could feel and hear the TV through the walls and hear everything they were saying. It’s as if the door that conjoins the room was made of paper. We could even smell their fast food seep through the door into our room. Thankfully, we brought our sound machine and had it on full blast. The comforter had several snags in the fabric which did not make me excited to jump in the bed. I guess this is what you get when you stay at a Comfort Inn. The breakfast was horrible and the coffee even worse.
