Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Departure cleaning is added to the rate, which includes a normal cleaning of the home and up to 3 loads of laundry.
Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher (if available or wash by hand) and remove garbage, bottles, containers, packages, refrigerated items. Our housekeeping staff will do the rest for you!
The home is inspected after every departure, and guests may be charged for extra cleaning if home is left excessively dirty and/or if the renter fails to do the above listed requirements. Thank you!

College tour and game

We came in for the college tour and stayed for the game. This house is the perfect distance to walk to the university and restaurants. The outside of the house looked sketchy ……old Florida housing…..but the inside was clean and had great charm. The beds were super comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook and feed teenagers. Close enough to walk to things and experience UF . Would definitely recommend if you are coming in for a game.

Convenient location and Great Communication

Property manager provides detailed information for check in and access. Restaurants, grocery stores are within walking distance. Neighborhood is dog friendly (leashed). There are stations all around that provide bags and disposal so you don't have to walk around with your pet poo bag. One morning I was delighted by sighting a family of Pileated Woodpeckers nesting in the huge Live Oak on the corner.
