Location: The apartment is located on the first floor (of 2) in a very quiet and secure residence in Gaillac, a 3-minute drive from the train station and downtown (15 minutes on foot). Easy parking:
You can park your car in front of the building’s entrance—easily, for free, and with no risk. The building’s entrance is just a 60-meter walk away. If this is a problem, please let us know so we can let you in.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Charming 2-room apartment (46 m²) featuring a beautiful living room with a dining area and office space, a fully (over)equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a balcony with unobstructed views. The sofa bed in the living room provides a second sleeping area and can accommodate 2 additional guests (see terms and additional costs below under “LIVING ROOM SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS”). Linens included (curtains, towels, dish towels).
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS IN THE LIVING ROOM: The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to the convertible sofa bed in the living room. Unless you specifically request otherwise, we’ll give you the freedom to convert the living room into a second bedroom whenever you like by setting up the sofa bed yourself using the sheets and pillows stored in the bedroom closet. Sheets, pillows, and blankets for the second bed in the living room are included for reservations of more than 2 guests but cost 5 € per night for reservations of fewer than 3 guests, available upon request only.

HEATING: To optimize energy consumption and meet our goals for “eco-friendly” furnished accommodations, the radiators are remotely controlled to maintain a comfortable temperature of 20° in the living room and 18° in the bedroom in the evenings and mornings (in accordance with ADEME’s energy-saving recommendations). The rest of the time, the apartment’s temperature is lowered. Please do not adjust the radiator controls. If necessary, the temperatures can be raised immediately (optional extra) by contacting me via text message.
