Chalet 'Hochsitz' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The ‘Hochsitz’ holiday flat (70 m²) is ideal for families and couples. The chalet style conveys a rustic-modern ambience thanks to old wood and carpentry furniture. The ‘highlight’ is the unobstructed south-facing view of the mountains from the balcony. You can also see the mountains from the rustic double bed. A staircase leads to the gallery with two single beds (with blackout option). The amenities also include a walk-in shower with rain shower head.

...which is why young visitors are welcome to have fun on the giant trampoline or with the vehicles, e.g. Kettcars and pedal tractors. Thanks to our secluded location, children can have a great time on the farm.

Our calves are already waiting to be stroked, and the farm's own hard-working hens, who lay fresh eggs every day, would also be delighted to receive a visit.

The Schmickhof is characterised by its secluded location in Gaißach-Lexen. Gaißach, situated on the right bank of the Isar, borders Bad Tölz and Lenggries.

Our small village has two railway stations of the ‘Bayerische Regionalbahn’. Trains from Munich stop here every hour. Public transport is within walking distance.

Those who prefer alpine skiing can reach the ski circus at Lenggrieser Brauneck or the Gaißach ‘Reiserlift’ in just a few minutes by car. If it's inhospitable outside, suitable clothing or a trip to the ‘Isarwelle’ adventure pool, the Kristalltherme in Kochel, the Spielarena in Bad Wiessee or the Swarovski Crystal World in Wattens (Tyrol) will help.
