Located in a private and panoramic area, approximately 1 km from the Ciolo bridge, a small and famous fjord on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Italy and just over 2 km from the Santa Maria di Leuca lighthouse, an area characterized by the presence of numerous trekking routes, boat excursions to the caves.
On clear days, from the estate it is possible to see some Greek islands (Fanò and Corfu). Nearby there are numerous restaurants and typical trattorias.

the structure is divided into two villas and two outbuildings:
Villa Riposo: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 4 people, kitchen, dining area and large living room with large terrace, one shaded with sea view.
Villa Ritrovo: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette. Accommodates 4 people.
The large terraces are furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue to prepare excellent grilled meals under the stars.
Outbuilding: kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and equipped veranda. Sleeps 2+2
Trullo: with double bedroom, bathroom and veranda with sea view.
Enchanting swimming pool, garden, solarium, tennis court, five-a-side football and bowling alley.

Services: air conditioning in all bedrooms, barbecue, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mosquito nets, parking. Pets are allowed with supplement.

The price for 10 person includes: consumption of water, gas, energy, bed linen and towels changed midweek, pool towels, initial and midweek cleaning, welcome basket.
