Stay away!!

We stayed at this hotel last year and it was decent. This year it was disgusting. There were visible bugs in the room, it smelled, and the furniture was filthy disgusting. The water pressure was terrible and the toilet barely flushed. We only ate breakfast one morning and was told we could not take it back to the room, I was required to there to eat. They put us in a room next to the hotel laundry room and the banging was horrible. Lastly and most disturbing...while I was getting fresh towels there were guest checking in with no reservation and what they paid for their room was less than what i paid when booking (which I booked 9 months prior). I will never stay at this hotel again.

1st time in gaffney, last time staying here

i booked a 1 king size bed with sofa. i was given a room with 1 queen size bed with pull on sofa. The mattress in the sofa had multiple orange/red stains. the shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty. i wasn’t told breakfast ended before 9 so when i walked to get breakfast i was told it was over but i could still go in and get something if there was anything left. at check in the guy was telling me my card declined and it didn’t, someone had already charged my booking through hotels.com and he didn’t even know it had already been charged. definitely won’t be staying there again. just isn’t a friendly atmosphere at all.
