This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was red and black hair in the shower drain, no toilet paper, the soap dispenser had brown residue, and there were large globs of toothpaste on the wall. I have photos to prove it.  I was treated rudely by the front desk clerk when I tried to point out these issues to her. I never asked for a discount or reimbursement; I just wanted to inform her. She kept shutting me down. When I finally raised my voice and told her I didn't care about the money, she informed me that she was checking me out and that I had to leave. She then told the woman behind me that she was sorry for the wait and that I was a rude person, apologizing for my behavior right in front of me. I showed the head housekeeper the issues, and she was shocked. She said the manager would call me. It has now been 36 hours, and I have yet to receive a call from the manager. I have photos and videos of the room and the clerk, if you would like them.

Left over food in the mini fridge, finger prints all over the cabinets, headboard had a fluid like substance on one of the head boards, beds sloppy made up. Room was not cleaned properly or serviced to the standards of other Hampton inns we have stayed and other hotels.
