The chairs still on table & 3 fly papers full of dead flies in kitchen diner. Much of crockery chipped,glasses & cutlery all different, The ashtrays on outside tables were full. A broken flush mechanism in the middle floor WC (repaired after 3 days by my son, a plumber). Only 1 hair drier (2 promised)-a new one was brought by caretaker on day 3,she also supplied a tub for carrying wet washing and pegs & kitchen scissors. The pool was cold and green with algae.No ping pong as promised.

Den Gastgeber haben wir nie kennengerlernt, aber die Verwalter. Wir haben nach längerem diskutieren an Tag 4 darauf hingewiesen, dass in 2 Zimmern leichte Schimmelspuren waren und als Reaktion wurde uns erklärt, dass wir daran Schuld sein sollen. Weiterhin war eine Steckdose in Kinderhandhöhe locker und ein Hängeschrank nicht absturzsicher angebracht (die Aufhängung war schlicht zu kurz). Die Art und Weise der Kommunaktion war ebenfalls nicht kooperativ. Wir können das Haus, welches ansonsten durchaus angenehm war, nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus, die Verwalterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert, allerdings sind wir nur mit 18 Personen vor Ort gewesen. Mit 22 Personen wäre zumindest der Tisch nicht groß genug, in 2 Zimmern waren die Betten sehr schmal für 2 Personen und nicht sehr bequem ,alles andere war prima

Schönes Haus auf tollem Gelände in einem bezaubernden Tal.

Das Landhaus Bergfried liegt in einem wunderschönen Tal. Vom Haus aus lassen sich tolle Wanderungen für Groß und klein unternehmen. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Außengelände um das Haus bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten der Freizeitbeschäftigung. Die Nähe zur Großglocknerstraße haben wir nicht als störend empfunden, da sie in der Nacht auch gesperrt ist.
