The villa is a 7-room property spanning 200 square meters across two levels. On the upper level, you'll find an entrance hall with a panoramic window leading to a terrace, a living room with a panoramic window and a flat-screen TV, one double bedroom with a private bath, shower, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to a balcony, and two additional rooms, each equipped with two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with balcony access. The lower ground floor features a living/dining room with an exit to the garden and terrace, a living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also leading to the terrace, and an open kitchen complete with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and microwave, along with a shower, bidet, and WC.

Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout, although heating is only provided from November 1st to March 31st and may not be available in all rooms.
