It is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. I am travelling with a 1-year old and I booked this place as it stated that baby crib is provided. I requested a baby crib on the day I booked the place and finally received a confirmation on the baby crib on the check in day. However, I realized that there was only a baby crib without a mattress upon arrival. I reach out to the staff and they told me the mattress was not available and the alternative arrangement could only be made on day 2! I believe it is fair to expect a mattress and basic bedding is provided when an accommodation stated that baby crib is available. Please check explicitly on the mattress if you book this place to stay with young baby!
